Today was very enjoyable - helping my brother move. We had a BBQ at his place (there were four BBQs to choose from) and a few drinks. Great to catch up with people.
Last year I bought a special Richmond membership to guarantee me a ticket to each final. They finished ninth, just outside of playing in the finals. This year I need to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster7, if they are available. A woman who works there also visited my brother and said the tickets for the first final were about $20, for the Grand Final about $100. I think I will phone them on Monday for a ticket for next Friday night.
I remember well the last final I was at, when Richmond beat Essendon in 1995. I saw that game with my father, a few weeks before he died.
